Technical Team - Entry-Level Helper
Here we grow again ! Great opportunity to join the ACC Telecom Team within our exciting fast-paced service environment. If you enjoy working in a business environment as part of our Service Tech team, this may be for you. Construction, Cabling, Wiring and Systems experience are a plus although not necessary
- Assist lead tech with bringing equipment to job sites
- Install Cutting Edge Voice and Data Communications Equipment
- Learn to read floor sketches and blueprints
- Learn low voltage wiring and splicing for communications
- Assist with maintenance and repair of communications systems
- Advancement opportunities
- $12/hour entry level
Qualified candidates for this position will include the following skills:
- Ability to be a team player
- Able to follow directions
- Communicate well with technician team and customers
- Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable and honest

Help Desk
ACC Telecom is currently looking to fill a Helpdesk / Scheduling position. Primary responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Schedule service calls
- Dispatch work to Field Technicians
- Provide 1st level helpdesk support to our telecommunications and data communications customers.
- Close out work orders for billing purposes.
- Provide appropriate documentation for service calls.
- Send out work orders.
- Basic equipment preparation
Qualified candidates for this position will include the following skills:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organized and efficient
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable
- Phone System and LAN / WAN experience a plus
- Prior Helpdesk / Dispatch experience a plus
