Optional 7-Year Warranty on CIX TM and CTX products Offered Through Toshiba’s ValuePlusTM Extended Warranty Plan
Toshiba has extended its standard 2-year hardware warranty to the 7-year Toshiba ValuePlusTM Extended Warranty Plan. Now Toshiba Strata CIX TM and CTX family of products customers can select a 7-year (84 months) or a 5-year (60 months) warranty extension option. The products included in the plan are:
- Toshiba IP and digital telephones
- Select voice processing products that are sold and installed with a Strata CIX or CTX system
- Additional new products being added all the time
Toshiba is the first communication systems provider to offer a 7-year extended warranty, and to date, we know of no other manufacturers that offer a similar plan.
