Advanced certification v16



  • Call Journaling Function- Saves new contacts automatically in your CRM.
  • Updated Voicemail-to-Text Transcription to Google Speech API (from BING Speech Services).  Click here for steps to enable the Google Speech API from your GCloud Console. 
  • Enhanced Office 365 integration module to enable one-way syncing of Office365 users to 3CX extensions, Personal Contacts syncing and setting 3CX user’s status based on their Office 365 calendar.

Call Center:

  • New unified “Switchboard” views to monitor and manage All Calls and Queue Calls, including:
    • Manager action shortcuts to log in and logout managed queue agents.
    • Queue agent status info and individual call statistics per queue.
    • Analytic info and statistics for all calls and managed queues.
  • Enhanced queue options for skill-based routing of calls to agent groups.
  • Extended IVR module with scriptable and DTMF-code-based actions for increased integration capability.

  • Added Sennheiser headset support.
  • Improved performance and simplified UI (User Interface) design.
  • Ability to configure your own Busy Lamp Fields (BLFs) from your Web Client.


  • 3CX WebMeeting ‘Dial-In’ is here! This powerful feature, seamlessly integrated with your PBX, enables you to set-up ‘Dial-In’ numbers from your PBX conferencing settings. People on the move or simply not in front of a computer can now join a WebMeeting via a traditional call anywhere, any time (see image 1.2).
  • New “Video Adaptiveness” control to automatically lower the video quality, instead of disconnecting the participant due to connection or bandwidth issues.
  • Larger participant and chat panel, as well as some nicer UI effects and aesthetics to go with it. You’ll also notice that each participant has their own audio volume indicator (see image 1.3).
