There are several advantages to this; for one, it never gets hot, so there’s no risk of fire. It’s also faster, so it’s a good choice for larger businesses who need a higher bandwidth. There’s the added advantage, also, of no electrical signals being sent through the wire. This means that electromagnetic interference is not an issue! There will be far less network interruptions because of this.
