I love the phone system and the CoreNexa app…That CoreNexa is life-changing.
Excellent service and responsiveness by you guys…and certainly has helped us out considerably given the transition from our old phone system to the new one– because if we have had been through COVID with the old phones I don’t know how we would be operating this business. So just wanted to pass those words of thanks along.
It’s no secret, ACC has been one of our best providers here at Mount de Sales, and the longevity of our partnership says it all.
The service that ACC provides is always top-notch. They are quick to respond and very efficient. We have been a client for 28 years with an ACC-recommended phone system. We installed the 3CX system a year ago, and the easy-to-use interface gives us the control to manage the system ourselves. The Web portal and mobile app also enable remote capabilities that we did not have with our previous system.
3CX is a great phone system. It is easy to use and is capable of growing with our company’s needs. The system is able to make configuration changes quickly and easily to accommodate changes within the company. It meets all of our requirements.
We identified 3CX as an affordable VoIP solution and were extremely impressed by the feature sets the system has, luckily our service provider ACC Telecom was an authorized reseller of 3CX. Not only has our expectations been exceeded, our users felt like it was extremely intuitive to use and the app-based phone service has been a welcome addition to our staff’s workflow. The installation was slated for 4-days and ACC Telecom was able to complete the installation in 2-days. So far, so good!
3CX has been a rock-solid solution for us…this thing just keeps on chugging, it’s been the best little phone system EVER! I’m now running a call center with it in Texas, for pete’s sake!

This does not fall under the realm of my primary job responsibilities and I certainly did not have time to spend with Comcast, so I really, really appreciate the time and knowledge you shared with us in making sure we were set up properly.
